Most products are custom made. Keep in mind they may include some imperfections. Personalized/Monogrammed items may not be returned. Once you e-mail me your order you will receive a confirmation email for your approval. Once your order has been proofed and returned you will receive an Paypal invoice. All orders will include a $6-15 shipping fee. Once payment is received your items will be processed and shipped. All orders take seven (7) to ten (10) days to ship.
